We provide services such as content creation, program management, and screen projection display through the web platform, device APK, and management platform. 2.1 User Registration and Login

To register a Panelnet account and use the core services, you need to provide your mobile phone number or email address and create an account name and password. We use this information to create your account for purposes such as identity verification, security protection, customer service communication, and other uses that comply with laws and regulations.

 

2.2 Content Services

When you use features such as content upload, program creation, and distribution, we collect and store the file content you upload, created program lists, distribution records, and the classification tags you set to ensure the normal provision of services.

 

2.3 Enterprise Management Function

If you use enterprise management-related functions, we will collect:

        l Enterprise Information: e.g., enterprise name, remaining product service period.

        l Member Information: e.g., member's mobile phone number, account name, avatar, nickname, and role information.

This information is used for internal enterprise account system management, permission allocation, and collaboration.

 

2.4 Screen Device Management

To manage your screen devices, we collect the device's group name, tags, screen ID, screen name, and necessary device hardware and software information.

 

2.5 Secure Operation and Device Information

To ensure the secure and stable operation of services and prevent fraud and network security risks, we collect necessary device information and log information:

 

      l Device Information: Includes device model, operating system version (OSVER), hardware model (HW), language setting (LANGUAGE), application information (such as APPNAME, APPVERSION, APPCODE), device identifier (such as DEVICEID), MAC address, IP address, network type (NETTYPE), screen resolution (SCRNHVGA), running memory (RAM, USEDRAM), and storage space (ROM, USEDROM).

      l Installed Application List Information: For security risk control and compatibility assurance, we may collect basic information about the list of applications installed on your device (such as application package name, version number) within the necessary scope. This information is primarily used to identify potential security risks in the device environment or applications that conflict with the current service, ensuring the stable operation of the Panelnet application and data security. This information will be de-identified and will not be associated with your personal identity, nor will it be used for user profiling or personalized recommendations.

      l Log Information: Your operation records when using our services, IP address, access time, hardware and software characteristic information, crash records, etc.

 

2.6 Product Improvement and Customer Service

To improve service quality, when you participate in questionnaires or contact customer service, we may record your contact information, feedback content, and questionnaire responses for problem resolution and service optimization.

 

2.7 Exceptions to Obtaining Authorization and Consent

According to relevant laws and regulations, under the following circumstances, we may collect and use your personal information without obtaining your prior authorization and consent:

(1)Directly related to national security and national defense security.

(2)Directly related to public security, public health, and significant public interests.
